Return Policy: LDS Temple Store has a 30-day return policy with a 15% restocking fee on selected in-stock items. LDS Temple Store does not stock all products listed on the website. Many products are ordered from the original vendor and are created on demand. Unless a manufacturing error was made, these made on demand are not eligible for return or refund. On returnable items, customer is responsible for all shipping charges, and the item must be returned in perfect condition. Refunds are refunded to the credit card used to make the original purchase within thirty days of refund approval.

If the item is damaged upon arrival to the customer, please contact us immediately so the proper actions may be taken with the carrier.

Combined Shipping: Many products featured on LDS Temple Store are fulfilled by the original vendor and are created on demand. Some of these products will be originating from different locations and require different manufacturing times. Therefore, if multiple products are ordered, they may arrive to our customers in different packages and at different times. This method allows LDS Temple Store to offer our customers the best possible product prices but makes it impossible to combine some orders into one shipping package.

Payments Accepted: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept payments by Paypal. All payments are processed through a 100% secure shopping cart with a Verisign security certificate. Your personal information is encrypted and safe from fraud or hackers.

Privacy Statement: We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
